3rd child discount
If you have 3 children (under 18 yrs or students) playing for Mascot Netball, you are entitled to a registration discount – 3rd child free. Please send an email to the Treasurer with your details to treasurer@mascotnetballclub.com.au
Payment Plans
Buy Now, Pay Later PlayHQ – participants will have the ability to make full payment or alternatively to pay in fortnightly installments using PayPal “Pay in 4” option from January. Other payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Mastercard will be made available at time of checkout to make it easier to register and pay.
Conditions of Registration
As a member of the Mascot Netball Club, you agree to abide by the Club Constitution and By-Laws, Codes of Behaviour, Anti-Harassment Policy, Child Protection Policy, and Sports Injury Insurance Policy (All available upon request to a committee member).
Club’s registered dress, tops and pants must be worn at all times.
Fines incurred by teams for late notification of forfeit of games must be paid by the team, not the Mascot Netball Club.
Late Registrations
Late registrations may be accepted by the Club provided that players are required in that age group, as advertised on our website following Grading, however, preference will always be given to players who have registered by the due date.
Withdrawing Registration
Refunds
The fees are made up of 4 components – Netball Australia, Netball NSW, Randwick Netball Association and Mascot Netball Club, see fee structure
Netball Australia and Netball NSW fees may not be non-refundable, depending on when you withdraw.
Randwick Association may take out a $20 admin fee depending on when you withdraw.
Mascot Netball Club can out take up to $85 from your refund, for the administration of your registration already undertaken and for the the ‘knock on’ effects that complicates the team structures within that age group.
No part of the $100 Active Kids Voucher can make up part of your refund.
After the competition commences and if you have played a game, there will be no refunds of any of the amounts paid.
